Register Open

After completing the setup for the back office and front desk, you can now use CloudMenu POS. This section will guide you through logging in to POS machine.

Tips

To log in to POS, you will need to provide your account email, password, and PIN Code. If you forget or wish to modify your account information, please reach out to us at [email protected]

• Enter your account email and password, then click Login to your account.

• Select the brand, store, and device, then click Confirm to finalize the confirmation of the basic information for the POS machine.

• Enter the POS PIN Code (a 4-digit number) that was set in the back office.

• Click Register Open to start using POS.

  Tips

  You can keep some petty cash in the cash drawer for emergency cash needs. Enter the amount in the input box below "Petty Cash" and record it.
